Introducing, MODERNE. An early twentieth-century memory, refracted through our material language of 22-karat gold.

MODERNE draws upon the visual culture of New York and a history held within the Prounis family itself. In the 1930s, the family’s Manhattan nightclub, Versailles, inhabited a world of music, performance, ornament, and modernity, an atmosphere shaped by the changing architecture and decorative arts of the period. Nearly a century later, this inheritance is interpreted anew: an ode to origins, both familial and geographic, carried forward in the city in which this history found expression.
