What shipping services do you use?
All jewelry is shipped via FedEx with Signature Required. Please enquire for International shipping rates or if you have a preferred shipping carrier.
- Manhattan Studio Pick Up* – Free
- FedEx Overnight – $45
- New York City Messenger (Manhattan Only)* – $25
We insure all packages against theft and accidental damage while in transit. Once the package is delivered and signed for, we are no longer liable. Orders cannot be delivered to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Orders placed Monday – Friday before 2 PM EST will be processed that day and if the item is in stock it will ship within one business day. We do not process or ship orders on Saturday, Sunday or nationally observed holidays.
To check the status of your order please email us at email@example.com. Please include your order number and a we will get back to you with a status update within 24 hours, Monday - Friday.
Can I return my item?
Due to the handmade nature of our pieces, we do not offer refunds at this time, but you are welcome to either return pieces for store credit or exchange pieces for an item of equal or lesser value within 14 days of purchase. When shipping back your order, please include a note with your contact information. We suggest shipping with a reliable and insured carrier only. Prounis Jewelry is not responsible for lost or stolen packages in the case of a returned shipment.
All pieces will be subject to a quality control inspection, and the original packaging must be intact. Prounis Jewelry will not accept any return if the product shows signs of wear, has been used, or altered from its original condition in any way. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item received is determined to be damaged or unsaleable. Special orders and custom orders cannot be returned for exchange and are determined final sale.
