How long will it take to receive my order?
The majority of items on our site are made to order and the production time may vary. Those production windows can be found in the description of each item. If the item is in stock, it will ship within 1-2 business days. If you require a piece for a certain date, please reach out to us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org and we may be able to expedite the process.
What currency are your prices in?
All prices displayed are in US dollars.
What if I need to change my order?
Should you need to change your order, promptly contact us at email@example.com. Once the order has shipped, however, it can no longer be amended.
What if I need to cancel an order?
If you would like to cancel your order, and it has yet to ship, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org straightaway.
Will I be charged sales tax on my purchase?
Sales tax is calculated according to the local sales tax laws of the shipping destination provided when you order. All international duties and fees are the responsibility of the receiver.
Where can I find your jewelry?
You can find a complete list of our stockists here. In New York City, Prounis Jewelry is also open for studio visits from Monday to Friday 10am to 6pm. Get in touch to arrange a visit at email@example.com.
What shipping service do you use?
We offer FedEx 2Day or USPS Priority Mail services. All jewelry is shipped with Signature Required. Please note that at this time, orders can only be delivered to the United States, United Kingdom, within Europe, and Australia. Please enquire for shipping rates to other areas.
How can I track the status of my order?
You will receive an email with your tracking information as soon as we ship your order. After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address and signed for, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Can I return my item?
Unfortunately, we do not offer full refunds at this time, but you are welcome to either return pieces for store credit or exchange pieces for an item of equal or lesser value within 14 days of purchase. When shipping back your order, please include a note with your contact information. We suggest shipping with a reliable and insured carrier only. Prounis Jewelry is not responsible for lost or stolen packages in the case of a returned shipment.

How are your rings sized?
Our rings are sized according to the US ring size chart. If you do not know your ring size or need to convert measurements into a US size, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Does Prounis Jewelry offer resizing?
Yes, we offer resizing for select items. Please contact email@example.com.
What if my piece needs a repair or a resize?
If your piece needs to be repaired for any reason please contact us straightaway at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your name, order number, and reason for repair or resize. We will contact you once we review your request.
